Yesterday we made hot cross buns to be ready for today...the day we specially remember Jesus died on the cross to forgive us for all our sins.

these are just. so. perfect.
yesterday my mum and dad looked after the kiddos while D17 and hubby and i zoomed all the way to The Big Smoke (where you live) to pick up a car. so sorry we didn't pop in.. we do love you.
*aaarrrrrrrrrrrgh* it took FIVE HOURS to drive home. all that traffic. yeck.
when we got home, granny had made gorgeous buns just like these... and GD had waterblasted the house.
it was worth it.
but hey, we promise to see you next time..... or we could go camping together: now there's an idea: we got a free tent with our car lol
